Exchange & Buyback Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy for all products purchased within India. Products must pass our Quality Assurance (QA) check and be free from unauthorized alterations or damage. Our QA team’s decision will be final.

General Requirements

To initiate an exchange or buyback, you must provide:

  • Original product
  • Invoice copy
  • Product certificate (if issued)
  • Warranty card (if issued)
  • Valid government-issued ID of the person making the request

If the product is shipped to us, it must be securely packed (bubble wrap or padded box). Products will only be accepted if shipped through our authorised shipping partners.

Lifetime Exchange

  • Value is calculated excluding making charges and taxes.
  • 100% of the current market value of gold/platinum used in the product.
  • 100% of the current market value of the lab-grown diamonds used in the product.
  • Deductions:
  • Discounts, coupons, or promo codes applied at purchase will be deducted as follows:
    • Discount on making charges: not deducted from exchange value.
    • Discount on gold/diamond value: fully deducted.
    • Discount on MRP: deducted from actual making charges.
  • Additional logistic fee: ₹1,500 (deducted from exchange value).
  • Exchange value will be credited as a store credit valid for 365 days. If not utilised within 365 days, the amount will be refunded after a 10% deduction as transaction charges.
  • If the value of the new purchase is higher, the customer must pay the difference.

Lifetime Buyback

  • Value is calculated excluding making charges and taxes.
  • 100% of the current market value of gold/platinum.
  • 80% of the current market value of the lab-grown diamonds.
  • Deductions for discounts, coupons, or promo codes will apply as outlined above.
  • Additional logistic fee: ₹1,500 (deducted from buyback value).
  • Buyback value will be credited to your account as store credit valid for 365 days. If not utilised within 365 days, the amount will be refunded after a 10% deduction as transaction charges.

Other Conditions

  • Customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible under the 30-Day Return Policy, but is eligible under Lifetime Exchange & Buyback.
  • Jewellery showing alterations, resizing (by anyone other than us), or damage will not be accepted.
  • Missing certificate: ₹500 deduction; product will be recertified by our partner lab.
  • Products purchased with Lifetime Exchange or Old Gold Exchange credits are eligible for Exchange and Buyback, but not for 30-Day Returns.
  • Exchange is allowed once at full value within 30 days. A second exchange will be treated as a Lifetime Exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for this policy.
