Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for all products purchased within India. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, free from scratches, wear, damage, or alteration.
- Product must be accompanied by:
- Original packaging in sellable condition
- Product certificate (if issued)
- Invoice copy
- Warranty card (if issued)
- Customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return under the 30-Day Return Policy. Such items are, however, covered under our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy.
- Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by any jeweller other than us), or damage will not be accepted for return.

Refund Value
- Refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
- If any coupon, discount, or promo code was applied at the time of purchase, the refund value will be reduced by the equivalent amount.

Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible. In other cases, refunds will be made via online bank transfer.

Charges
- A shipping charge of ₹750 will be borne by the customer for all returns.
- Loss of original product certificate will incur a ₹500 deduction for recertification.

Exclusions
- This policy is applicable for orders within India only.
- Orders placed using international cards or shipped outside India are not eligible under this Return Policy.
